ITS OFFICIAL---- Zayden's Crusade Foundation Inc. Articles of Incorporation is officially a Florida Nonprofit Corporation. We got our EIN. The Solicitation of Contributions has been filed. 501(c)3 application is filed with the IRS. Desoto County doesn't require a business tax receipt to operate within the county. Arcadia City can't figure out if we need a Business tax receipt to operate within the city limits, so we are waiting to find out for sure one way or the other.
Our Mission:
The Foundation is dedicated to establishing a robust p; platform that facilitates collaboration, innovative problem-solving, and meaningful community engagement, aimed at empowering individuals with special needs, their families, and their caregivers.
By upholding the highest standards of service, we strive to improve the quality of life for Florida’s special needs population, families, and caregivers.
Our comprehensive, centralized support services will be designed to efficiently address a wide spectrum of needs. We prioritize the creation of an accessible and highly effective system to foster impactful regional community partnerships.
Our commitment extends to enhancing access to critical community resources, including matching community support with special needs population members to meet the needs of the special needs population, while building community business collaborations and educational presentations to the communities of obstacles faced by the special needs population, their families, and the caregiving teams.
To maximize our impact on current efforts, we may seek to collaborate with other non-profit organizations that fall under the 501(c)(3) section of the Internal Revenue Code and are operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes.
